How to ensure that glass palletizing robots work properly

The operator needs to carry out a preliminary check on the glass palletizing robot every day, by identifying the inductive signals of the sensors (charging switches, proximity switches, electromagnetic switches) to stop automatically.
The glass palletizing robot can be simply verified, as long as the weighed and packed materials are stacked evenly on the pallet according to the arrangement, as long as the stacking is even, the packing will not fall or reverse. In order to accomplish this, the glass palletizing robot must meet the basic conditions of its work, i.e. power supply and air supply, after the power supply is connected, the supplied compressed air must be connected to the air circuit of the equipment, the condensate in the air filter must be discharged in time and check and clean the dirt on the filter, check and adjust the amount of air pressure oil indicated by the pressure gauge and the amount of oil in the oil cup.

In this process, it will go through three steps: composition, provision and gripping, and any problems that occur in any one of them, and problems with the robot need to be stopped and analysed and dealt with in an orderly manner.
In addition to some basic components, the automatic stacker crane is fitted with a large number of industrial sensors which, together with other equipment, play an important role in the task of the palletizing system. As long as any of the sensors work abnormally, the work of the glass palletizing robot system may be abnormal.
The ability to work properly depends on the mechanical equipment, without which problems such as packaging confusion and the absence of pallets may occur. It is the electricity that is key and central, and without electricity or compressed air it will not work properly.
Precautions to be taken when transferring and moving glass palletizing manipulators are as follows:
1. When using a crane or forklift to transfer the glass palletizing robot, the control box of the glass palletizing robot must not be supported manually.
2. Before stopping the machine, disconnect the power supply from the controller and the meta power supply, set a prominent sign saying "Under inspection and maintenance" and lock or hang the meta power switch to prevent accidental switching on of the power supply.
3. Before rolling the palletising robot, check for any abnormalities in the equipment etc. to ensure safety, then switch on the motor and adjust the palletising robot to a suitable attitude.
4. Do not lie on the glass palletizing robot or stand under the lifted glass palletizing robot for a long time during the transfer process.
5. Do not approach the robot or external equipment at will to prevent your fingers from being caught.
6. After posture adjustment, disconnect the power supply from the controller and the meta power supply.
