The glass palletizing robot consists of three parts: the actuation system, the drive mechanism and the control system. The hand is the component used to hold the workpiece (or tool) in place. It then has a variety of structural forms depending on the shape, size, quality, material and operational requirements of the object being gripped, making it easy for the user to use and work with.
The glass palletizing manipulator is able to effectively learn the various rotational, kinematic or composite movements in motion, thus realising the development of state-mandated movements and constantly changing the position and attitude of the gripped object. (e.g. lifting, stretching, rotation of the motion management mechanism) is called the degree of freedom of the palletising robot. In order to grip objects with random position information during work, it requires six degrees of freedom for adjustment. The adjustment of degrees of freedom is a key characteristic parameter in the design of robotics. The greater the degrees of freedom, the more flexible and functional the palletising robot is, and the more complex the structure. For the study of special stacking robots, 2 ~ 3 degrees of freedom are usually sufficient.
The performance development characteristics of glass palletizing robots are as follows:
1. It has a delicate structural design, few parts, low failure rate, high reliability and easy maintenance.
2. It can be equipped with various fixtures, such as clamping plates, fingers, suction cups, etc. Meet a variety of grip needs.
3. Various teaching methods, flexible and can meet various stacking requirements on site.
4. Automatic control, reusable programming, all movements run according to the programmed system.
5. Flexible and versatile, depending on the operating tool
6. High reliability, speed and precision.
7. Can be used in harsh environments, can work for long periods of time, easy to operate and maintain.
The glass palletizing robot uses a robotic arm to grip and carry working groups that can follow a fixed program for gripping and carrying objects or working tools. It also replaces heavy human labour, mechanises and automates production and can operate in complex, hazardous environments to protect personal safety.
According to the actual palletizing requirements, a reasonable quantity distribution can largely guarantee a one-time palletizing quantity, improve efficiency, reduce labour, reduce human resources and achieve a low-cost and high-return automation equipment with a wide range of adaptability. It can be used in the food, chemical and electronic industries, while ensuring quality and allowing large quantities to be stacked in a short time.
