Control: Equipped with an induction handle with sealed internal elements and pressure (photoelectric) sensors, the induction handle can sense the vertical force signal in real time to control the direction and speed of the system up and down. Operation of the induction handle detects the operator's vertical force (≤10N); the amount of force required can be varied by adjusting the sensitivity of the induction handle. 5.

    6. In hover mode the workpiece is operated directly by hand without touching the handle. After the workpiece has been released, the system automatically switches back to the inductive handle state without additional switching, preventing the system from sudden upward movement.

    7. The intelligent hoist has a power failure protection function. In the event of a power failure, the equipment will be stopped in place by the fail-safe device and when the power is supplied again, the equipment can run immediately without any delay until an operator activates it again, and all saved settings of the equipment will not be lost.

    8. The intelligent hoist has an overload protection function, which automatically protects the machine from lifting when the load exceeds its rated lifting capacity. Overload protection is automatically activated and speed control is disabled, allowing only descent control to ensure work safety.

    9. The intelligent hoist has an anti-bounce function whether in handle mode or suspension mode, so that the device will not shift and bounce when the load changes suddenly, thus reducing the potential for injury accidents.

    10. The intelligent hoisting device has upper and lower mechanical limits and can be unconditionally stopped when running to the highest and lowest points to prevent heavy loads from rushing to the top.

    11. The intelligent hoist can be mechanically limited by hand, with precise and reliable limit protection points.

    12. The intelligent hoist provides handle sensitivity adjustment (10 levels of adjustment).

    13. The overall industrial protection level of the equipment is ≥ IP 54 (waterproof and dustproof), and the safety certification is in accordance with the European standard ISO 4301/1.

    15. The intelligent hoist can change the speed at will by changing the operating force of the handle without any pre-setting, and can also set the rising and falling speed at the same time, so it is not restricted by any working conditions.

    16. The intelligent hoisting device has a personnel in place function, when the hand suddenly leaves the control handle, the hoisting device immediately stops rising or falling, no further rise and fall is allowed.
