    Principle: Real-time balancing of a workpiece within a certain weight range is achieved by fast and precise adjustment of the air pressure in the balancing cylinder. Depending on the weight of the lifting workpiece, the smallest model of machine that meets the maximum workpiece weight should be selected. If we use a manipulator with a maximum load of 200Kg to carry a 30Kg workpiece, the operating performance will definitely be bad and feel bulky. Equipped with an air storage tank, it can continue to be used for one cycle in case of air cut-off, and at the same time it will alarm to remind the operator that when the air pressure drops to a certain level, the self-locking function will be activated to prevent the workpiece from falling. A safety system is provided so that the operator cannot release the workpiece during handling or if the workpiece is not placed on a safe surface. In conjunction with various non-standard fixtures, the manipulator can lift workpieces of various shapes.

  • Features:

    8. Gripping guidance and zero-gravity suspension make workpiece picking more efficient and ensure precise positioning of random movements during product docking.
    9. Energy saving, no power supply is required for the whole machine, only a pipe connected to a 5KG air source is needed to complete all the work.
    10. Flexible structure, adaptable to work in any working environment.
    11. The surface is treated with permanent anti-rust spraying.
