Jib cranes

The working strength is light, consisting of column, slewing arm, slewing drive device and electric chain hoist. The lower end of the column is fixed to the concrete foundation through the foot bolt, and the cantilever is driven by the cycloid reduction device to slew, and the electric hoist makes straight running left and right on the cantilever I-beam and lifts heavy loads. The jib is a hollow steel structure with light self-weight, large span, high lifting capacity, economical and durable. The built-in travel mechanism, using special engineering plastic wheels with rolling bearings, provides low friction and light travel; the small size of the structure is particularly conducive to increasing the hook stroke. (The system can also be equipped with domestic or imported fully pneumatic hoists.) All specifications share a common advantage: light deadweight, long swivel arm, high lifting capacity, simple installation, operation and maintenance. They are completely self-contained, making them an ideal workstation crane and suitable for outdoor yards and loading platforms. The fixed column footprint is small. Maximum lifting height even for very small lifting clearances

  • Jib cranes mainly use the side of the jib (pitch) around the vertical axis of rotation with the lifting of goods, the use of flexible action to meet the loading and unloading requirements, the form of fixed, mobile and floating. Fixed jib cranes are installed directly on the pier of the quay or depot and can only work in situ. Some of these jibs can only be tilted but not slewed, and some can be both tilted and slewed. Mobile jib cranes can run along the track or live on the ground, the main line of truck cranes, tyre cranes, crawler cranes and gantry cranes. Among them, tyre cranes and gantry cranes are commonly used in ports. Mobile cranes such as truck, tyre and crawler cranes are also known as automatic cranes. Floating overhead cranes are cantilever cranes mounted on special flat-bottom vessels and are widely used for loading and unloading at sea and river port gates and for port construction.
